6 How to extend your Bucas guarantee • Bucas offers a 2 year guarantee against any manufacturing or material faults but you can extend it to 3 years on our Power, Smartex, Atlantic and Therapy Turnout range of rugs. • All you need is your proof of purchase, like your receipt and the details from the label on the rug. • Your rug must be registered within 30 days of purchase. • Guarantee does not include normal wear and tear and accidental damage. • Limitations apply. Tips for washing your Bucas Rug • Before washing, close all hook-and-loop straps. If they are left open, the rug will latch onto itself and pick up every bit of dirt inside the machine. • Close all surcingles to avoid damaging the washing machine. • For coolers, brush off loose bedding and dirt. • Never wash Bucas products above 30°C; higher temperatures can damage the fabric and reduce performance. • Use Bucas Rug Wash for all Bucas products to keep the maintain Bucas quality. • Use Bucas Rug Conditioner after washing to keep waterproof fabrics performing at their best. • For small nicks or tears, use the Bucas Repair Kit, which includes everything you need for quick, effective fixes. • We recommend washing as infrequently as possible in order to maintain quality over the long term, especially with waterproof products.
